What is the cost for your service?
Every event is unique and in so we create specialized packaging and contracts for each client. Rentals start from $65 and wedding consultation starts at $400 for pre planning and $1000 with onsite services. Meetings and Conferences are priced individually. Contact us to get a quote and details for your event.
Can you handle unconventional events?
Totally! We love things outside the box and a good challenge. Nothing is too crazy for us.
Do you handle events outside Northern VA/Metro Area?
Yes. Although we call Northern Virginia home, KZ Events can assist with events outside our area. We have planned large conferences in Canada and the Caribbean, planned events in Europe, and created wonderful destination weddings. We can also assist with Virtual Events. We operate from Eastern Time and the majority of planning for events outside the metro area will be done virtually with our clients. Additional fees apply for onsite events outside our home.
